- what a coincidence. - luckily we didn't come yesterday. - so what i've said is correct. - it's free! - yeah it's free. - apparently, today is the last wednesday of each month. - and in korea they considered the last wednesday of each month the... - culture day! - now we're gonna enter the changdeokgung... - for? - for? visit!

- for free! - we just came in with nothing, for free. - last wednesday of each month, the culture day. - when you walk in, you can see this very very beautiful... - don't know what the hell this tree is. - with a very very very beautiful... - traditional korean arkite@$%#... ah ah ah... - architecture. - this place looks so much better than the gyeongbokgung because they have more trees.

- and apparently, oh my god, the koreans they are really... not scared of cold, really. - they don't feel cold at all! - they are immune to cold! - wow there are lots of coins, wanna get them? - there! - let's go get them. - this is supposed to be a river but then no water here. - okay so now we're entering the main gate. - of the palace.

- you see... - just now, the one that we went to is the changdeokgung. - this is the changgyeonggung. - i don't know if it's opened in winter, but you can try coming here in winter as well. - but i don't recommend to stay too long. because, really nothing much. - but if you're the person who likes to enjoy the view of this place. - and likes to take it slow, then this will be a very good place for you. - the next stop, we're gonna go, jogyesa temple. - so right now we are here at jogyesa temple.

- just beside the anguk station. - it really looks very beautiful with the colored lanterns and stuff. - so now after about 200 to 300 meters walk. - we are at this, some quiet back alley of korea. - and as you can see, a lot of stores there. - i'm very hungry already, so just take a pick and let's have our meal. - i have no idea what this place, the name is. - try to read it. - it's this one. - i know i'm thinking, i need time to process.

- you took way too long to process. - come on i'm not good at korean. - gyodong. - you're supposed to know, you've been learning for two months and you're so happy. - there are too much characters. - now we are here at gyodong restaurant. - just your usual korean dish here. - there are a lot of people here, i guess this is a very well-known place. - kimchi hotpot, or stew. kimchi stew. - tofu stew, rice.

- which is complimentary, unlimited flow. - vegetable egg, is it vegetable egg or something? - oh yeah, and where's the... - the utensils. - i lied, actually i know where they are. - i'm kidding, i don't know,i really don't. - i thought you're really lying. - now we are ready... - to eat, man!

- that is us eating the, very cheap 6 usd a meal. - that whole building right, you see that whole bright building right? - no curtains at all. - right now, we're gonna head over to the n seoul tower the namsan tower. - now we've just arrived at dongguk universtiy station. - gonna take a bus, just right outside here. - all the way to namsam tower. - exit 6, n seoul tower. as you can see here. - i will show you guys, there's this app. called the daum map app.

- where you can check, maps, the details, how to go. - you see you can check how long more the bus will come. - ladies and gentlemen, do not try to use google maps in korea. - because google maps will not work. - due to some law restrictions, google maps will not work in korea. - so please use their own maps, naver maps and daum maps. - oh this place is called the... - jangchungdan park. - the namsan tower is just right there.

- we're gonna take bus number two. - yeah, so we're gonna take just three stops. - to namsan mountain. - two ways you can go up. - the first way is, you take the cable car up, to see the view. - if you wanna come here, you can just take the metro. - to this place called the dongguk universtiy station. - then exit 6, right over the corner. can you see? - that's the exit, you just go right to the corner, here.

- and just take bus number two. - you will be there in three stops. - hi guys so now we've just arrived at namsan tower. - namsan park, namsan mountain. - as you can see behind me, it is the namsan tower. - it's already 8.10pm here in seoul, south korea. - so let's just head up there, and check out the amazing night view, from on top. - the night view of seoul. - okay? are you ready?
