one-day job fair aimed to connect firms withpotential candidates, while providing new opportunities for job-seekers. more than a hundred businesses well-knownfor their potential growth and outstanding welfare benefits participated in the event. and they were met by thousands of job-seekers,mainly college and high school graduates. the festival was the first in korea to adopta job-matching system based on artificial intelligence. unlike past events of its kind, where therewere only brief acquaintances between firms and their applicants,...the new system providedin-depth advice for applicants based on big
data. each job-seeker was matched with an averageof six firms online ahead of the event,...and was interviewed by those firms on site.
