We had a novel WWOOFer; Andy from California as well as he loves cooking!! Yeah...!! (cause I loathe cooking, I merely honey eating). I called him Master/Chef Andy. He wanted to acquire equally many korean dishes equally he could earlier leaving Korea. The start recipe he cooked is Ojingo Bokum - Spicy Stir Fried Squid (ojjingo bokum, ojingeo bokum). As usual, I was the fine art director..kekeke.
The ingredients:
Basic
ii modest whole squid (chopped)
1 tablepoon olive or vegetable cooking oil
1 tablespoon pure toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed
Optional Vegetables
1 large carrot
yellowish onion
1/4 modest light-green cabbage
jump onion
Stir Fry Sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
ii tablespoon gochujang (red chile paste)
1 teaspoon sugar
half-dozen cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon fine pose down cerise chile pepper
Throw inwards everything into ane huge wok as well as fried it slowly.
